~ U-CH Ailea Emeralds Reign ~
Quinn (Can CH Autumngold Laureate Alabama x Ailea Moonstone, 12/04/03) was out of Onyx's second and last litter that was co-bred between myself and Kristy Pedersen of Emerald Valley. I was to have received the second pick puppy from this litter, but as circumstances panned out, all puppies were placed as pets except the single pick puppy Quinn, and Kristy offered to co-own Quinn with me, and handed him over to me when he was 12 weeks old. Many hopes rested on this beautiful young man, as he trained for the conformation ring and was simply allowed to grow up here at Ailea's Place - training, playing hard, and loving well.
Many hopes were pinned on this beautiful baby, even when so young! His was an important step toward the future plans of Ailea. These puppy pictures of Quinn were taken when he was just sixteen weeks old and just beginning to find his place in the pack at Ailea's Place. These half-decent photos we managed in no time at all, with barely a squeak of complaint from Quinn, who was certainly enjoying the extra cookies that standing still for the camera brought him! To this day, Quinn enjoys being photographed, since he knows when he "does good" he gets a nice reward for his troubles!
Quinn has since been sent to Florida, where he will live out his days in happiness. More information about Quinn as an adult is available on Quinn's Page. I do thank Kristy Pedersen of Emerald Valley, for so generously sharing Quinn. I also thank Amatras for seeing his promise, taking him in, and so quickly and easily topping off that UKC championship. AWE-SUM! I am and will always be Quinn's and Angel's BIGGEST fan to cheer them on to what we hope will be one great achievement after another. Updates on Quinn will continue to be made here, since he is such an important step in Ailea's future. So when he begins to win his AKC shows, or sire uncompromisingly beautiful puppies, announcements will be made here, as well as on the Amatras site.
