Emilu hails from the first litter Onyx whelped, and was my pick of the litter. Had I not been sick and desperate to do what I could to get well, Emilu would have stayed with us at Ailea's Place. As it is, I had to get dog numbers down and I entrusted Emmy to a friend and fellow breeder, Wanda Hathcock, in Alabama, where Emilu grew from a lovely puppy to a beautiful girl.
It
is so very evident here, in these grown-up photos of Emmy, she possesses all the
great things Rookie had to offer, as well as Onyx's most obvious beauty.
Emilu was bred successfully for a litter out of which I obtained a young tri-color male, Cole, and Wanda a beautiful blue bitch, Eva. Though Emilu was shown briefly it was obvious after her litter she wasn't quite what was needed to compete in the ring and so has been retired, and I could not have asked for a better home for her than what Wanda provides.
What a beautiful girl!
