Ailea Don't Fence Me In "Cole"

Puppy Daze

Cole at 7 weeks
Lovely, lovely profile of "Cole" as a 7-week old puppy.

Cole at 9 weeksCole at 9 weeks
Standing quite proudly at 9 weeks, Cole is coming into his own.

Cole is one of those exceptional puppies you just can't take your eyes off once he enters the room. He has one of the cleanest headpieces you could ever hope to find, and has a lovely, plush face with tons of muzzle and underjaw. His expression melts your heart, and his topline, outline and angulation are just beautiful. Cole also wears one of the blue-blackest coats I've seen, and just drips with that "Look at ME!" quality we so like to see in our puppies.

These first images were taken by Wanda Hathcock, and the ones appearing below were taken just prior to Wanda meeting me to deliver Cole into my arms.

Cole, 11 weeksCole, 11 weeks
At 11 weeks, he is very much showing his "cute"!

Cole and Sammy playing together
"It's MINE! ..." "No, it's not, it's MINE!..."
This picture was taken when Cole was about 4 months, and Sam (who stayed with us just a short while) was about 3-1/2 months.

Cole, 5-1/2 months (candid photo)
Cole is 5-1/2 months in this candid photograph taken in our living room. Very depictive of his lovely face and expression, though, so I couldn't resist, even if he is a little scruffy...

I wish to take a moment now to thank Wanda Hathcock, Merrie-Go Photography, Shelties & Beardies, for the wonderful job she did whelping and raising this litter. To bring such a wonderful bundle of joy home after all this time of being puppy-less, I could not have asked for more, or better. THANKS WANDA!
