~ "Cole" ~
(or is that "King Cole"?)

You are listening to Cole Porter's song, "Don't Fence Me In." First recorded by the Andrews Sisters in July, 1944, Bing Crosby's release of the song later in '44 became a million-selling single. It is from here the name of my new boy, "Cole" - Ailea Don't Fence Me In - is derived.

Cole (CH Kirene's Southern Comfort x Ailea Cowgirl's Prayer, 05/05/03) was my pick puppy from a co-bred litter out of my beautiful Emilu. Not only did Cole prove to be so beautimous but his littermate sister, Eva, has proven to be quite the asset to Wanda as well, and for that I could not be more happy!

Enjoy these puppy pictures of Cole - that wonderful boy!

Standing quite proudly at nine weeks,
Cole is coming into his own. . .

At eleven weeks, he is very much showing his "cute"!

The first three images were taken by Wanda Hathcock, Merrrie-Go, and the one image of him as a bit older puppy was taken just before Wanda met me to deliver my Cole puppy into my arms.

THANK YOU WANDA
for doing such an awesome job!

Ailea Don't Fence Me In - "Cole" - 5 months
This last image of Cole as a youngster is a candid shot taken when he was five months. Oh, this beautiful boy grew too tall!
Every sheltie breeder's nightmare come true, eh?
